A project-management platform for Spain's energy-saving certificate market.
One system for the whole life of a project — delivery, government registration, certificate transfer, invoicing.
Spain's energy-saving certificate scheme certifies the savings an efficiency measure produces, and lets those savings be transferred to companies legally obliged to hold them. The work runs across internal consultants and external installers and partners, and there is a regulator at the end of it — so the tooling has to be exact rather than merely convenient.

What it does
Records live in a configurable table — custom fields, formulas, filters, saved views — and move through workflow stages that model the real process rather than a generic board. Dashboards sit on top of the same data: the numbers the business steers by, and reports that arrive on a schedule without anyone assembling them.
Access is role-based, and the roles are the real ones. Internal staff, consultants, partners, installers and clients see different things, because on this work they are different people with different rights. It replaced a general-purpose board tool, and it exchanges data with the company's existing CRM so commercial information is not retyped and financial results travel back the same way.
