Mainloop is building its founding team in Barcelona, and the listings are up. The two halves of the company work differently, and the ads say so. PoC Services goes into a business, proves an idea in weeks and hands it on. The Tech Lab takes what is proven and owns it for years.

- One stack, chosen once. No per-project stack arguments. Every product arrives shaped the same way.
- Agents do most of the building. You direct, review and decide. If that sounds like a relief rather than an insult, we should talk.
- Nobody is on call. Business hours, no rota, no pager — held up by a smaller blast radius rather than by people's evenings.
- Ownership is the scarce thing. Build effort is cheap here. Owning a product for its life is what we actually staff for.
- You would not be joining something from scratch. We start with a first client and real work already in front of us.

- Full-Stack Engineer 5 seats Own products for years rather than weeks — build them properly, keep them alive, and make the agentic build method something a team can rely on.
- Senior DevOps Engineer 1 seat Build a company's entire delivery platform from the first commit, own it outright, and never carry a pager. Both halves of that sentence are deliberate.
- Product Owner 1 seat Own the product, not the ticket queue — the business relationship, the backlog, acceptance, and whether the thing actually gets used.
